- Have a comfortable mattress. Ideal mattress is different for each person.
- Sleep in a comfortable posture placing your head in East/West/South directions.
- Change the Bed spreads and Pillow covers periodically to maintainhygiene.
- Ideally mattress needs to be changed once in every 7 Years.
- Mattress protector needs to be used to prevent seepage of body fluids.
- A good mattress always needs a good pillow to support your neck.
- Maintain a regular sleep routine. (Wake up and bed timing)
- Avoid daytime naps to prevent insomnia and sleep deprivation.
- Avoid screens and gadgets. The blue light from the screen can actually adversely affect your circadian rhythm.
- Avoid inappropriate substances that interfere with sleep.(Cigarette, Alcohol, OTC drugs)
