At Sleep Factory International, we are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India for all eligible products including mattresses, pillows, protectors, comforters, and institutional bedding products.
For bulk commercial orders such as hotel mattresses, hospital mattresses, PG mattresses, and custom-size products, shipping availability may vary depending on the location and order quantity.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Custom-sized mattresses or bulk orders may require additional manufacturing time.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time in Banglore will be 1-3 days. For other cities and bulk orders, Delivery timelines may vary and will be notified the same.
Shipping charges are applicable based on product size, quantity, and delivery location.
5. Packaging & Handling
All products are securely packed to ensure safe transportation. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and inspect the package at the time of delivery. In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos for assistance. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special handling requirements.
6. Bulk & Institutional Orders
For hotels, hospitals, hostels, PGs, and commercial projects:
- Delivery schedules are coordinated separately.
- Partial deliveries may be made depending on production and logistics planning.
