Refund policy

At Sleep Factory International, all mattresses and bedding products are manufactured and packed with strict quality checks. Due to hygiene and usage-sensitive nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered and used. Customers are requested to verify product size, specifications, and order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

In case of manufacturing defects, transit damage, wrong product delivery, or missing items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification. Once approved, eligible replacements or refunds will be processed accordingly. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking process. Custom-size products and bulk institutional orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
